The adjustment mechanism further includes an externally threaded sleeve received in the first threaded bore, the sleeve defining a lower end configured to engage the upper end of the riser, and a bolt extending through a sleeve bore defined in the sleeve and into the hole in the upper end of the riser. The bolt is threadably coupled to the upper end of the riser.
