  • Patent number: 9273162
Abstract: A process for monitoring the polymerization of ethylene or ethylene and comonomers in the presence of free-radical polymerization initiator at pressures in the range of from 160 MPa to 350 MPa and temperatures in the range of from 100° C. to 350° C. in a tubular reactor with one or more reaction zones, which is equipped with cooling jackets for cooling the tubular reactor with a cooling medium, comprising a step of measuring as process parameters the temperature profile and the pressure of the reaction medium and the flow and temperature profile of the cooling medium along the reactor.

  • Patent number: 6139215
Abstract: The invention concerns a disc-hub connection for connecting a brake disc to a hub, in particular for utility vehicle disc brakes. In its inner peripheral region the brake disc comprises support elements, the hub comprising cams in its outer peripheral region. Intermediate elements are used to transfer torque from the cams of the hub to the support elements of the disc, the cams of the hub engaging in the intermediate elements and the latter engaging in the support elements.

Assignee: Knorr-Bremse System fuer Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH
    Inventors: Victor Kuhne, Dieter Bieker
  • Patent number: 6105734
Abstract: A disk brake for vehicles, especially for utility vehicles, comprising brake shoes, an application on both sides of the brake disk which applies one of the brake shoes, and a force transmitting device to transmit application force to the brake shoe on the other side of the disk brake. The force transmitting device is shaped like a fully enclosed frame, which absorbs the application forces. A modular element of the force transmitting device enables brake mechanism to be premounted and improves structural rigidity.
