Patent number: 12279946Abstract: A hair implant suitable for subcutaneous implantation is provided having an anchor comprising an anchor body, and at least one collagen receiving structure selected from the group consisting of at least one tunnel disposed through the anchor body and an external surface feature of the anchor body. The anchor further comprises at least one hair strand projecting from a distal end of the anchor body, wherein the at least one collagen receiving structure is configured to support collagen ligature growth after subcutaneous implantation of the hair implant to anchor the anchor to a hair implant recipient, and the collagen receiving structure is free of hair. A fracture line in the anchor body allows the body to fragment, thereby releasing collagen ligatures and allowing the implant fragments to “release” and fall out of the skin. The at least one hair strand may comprise a primary hair element with emerging hair elements.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2020Date of Patent: April 22, 2025Assignee: Loria Hair Implant Company LLCInventor: Victor Loria

Publication number: 20240261105Abstract: A penile sleeve device (PSD) that is an implantable subcutaneous penile shaft silicone rubber apparatus which has several functions such as to elongate, thicken, harden, straighten and custom shape a penis by enhancing penile girth and lengthening. One version of the PSD is a glans sleeve penile device (GSPD) having an elongated member having a C-shaped configuration, and including dorsal, ventral, and lateral V-cuts. A long term bio-implantable synthetic netting/mesh is formed into a mesh on the distal end only to allow the patient's body to have granulation tissue form to the mesh to bind it to the penile skin dermis underside when implanted. For proper thickness of the mesh, silicone sheets can be secured underneath the mesh layer. The GSPD has a narrowing distal end transition and a lateral edge transition so that, once the GSPD is implanted, it is not palpable to the touch.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 18, 2024Publication date: August 8, 2024Inventor: Victor LORIA

Publication number: 20240050229Abstract: A penile sleeve device (PSD) that is an implantable subcutaneous penile shaft silicone rubber apparatus which has several functions such as to elongate, thicken, harden, straighten and custom shape a penis by enhancing penile girth and lengthening. One version of the PSD is a glans sleeve penile device (GSPD) having an elongated member having a C-shaped distal portion, a transitional portion and a shorter arcuate proximal portion and a pair of longitudinal edges with transversely-oriented V-cuts therein. A long term bio-implantable synthetic netting/mesh layer is formed into a mesh cover that fits closely around the GSPD to allow the patient's body to have granulation tissue form to the mesh cover to bind it to the penile skin dermis underside when implanted. For proper thickness of the mesh cover, silicone sheets can be secured underneath the mesh layer. Other PSDs, disclosed herein, can also use the mesh cover for same purposes.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 10, 2023Publication date: February 15, 2024Inventor: Victor LORIA

Publication number: 20230414828Abstract: A filler composition which is a pharmaceutically acceptable oil-in-water emulsion including 1-80 vol. % of a first silicone oil having a first viscosity; 15-98 vol. % of water, 1-3 wt. % of a transport medium; 0.05-10 vol. % of a surfactant; and optionally a second silicone oil having a second viscosity lower than the first. The second silicone oil is provided at 1-80 vol. % when the first viscosity is 30,000 cSt or less, or 0-80 vol. % when the first viscosity is greater than 30,000 cSt. At least one of the first silicone oil and the second silicone oil is dispersed in water as droplets having an average diameter of less than 30 microns. The transport medium is sufficiently biodegradable when implanted intradermally or subcutaneously in a human to provide a temporary scaffold for collagen growth between the droplets. A method of making the filler composition and a soft tissue augmentation method are also disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 12, 2022Publication date: December 28, 2023Inventor: Victor LORIA

Publication number: 20230103972Abstract: A penile sleeve device (PSD) that is an implantable subcutaneous penile shaft silicone rubber apparatus which has several functions such as to elongate, thicken, harden, straighten and custom shape a penis. The PSD has an elongated main component of stretchable elastic silicone elastomer into which an inner component of a much higher durometer silicone rubber material is positioned to provide the PSD with some rigidity. The main component is the only portion in contact with the penile shaft since the inner component resides within a pocket of the main component that is formed by two layers therein. The outside surface of these layers may include folds to assist in enhancing penile girth and lengthening. Other variations include collapsible, spoke, telescoping and fused PSD versions. Another version includes an elongated member having a C-shaped distal portion, a transitional portion and a shorter arcuate proximal portion and a pair of longitudinal edges with transversely-oriented V-cuts therein.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 28, 2022Publication date: April 6, 2023Inventor: Victor LORIA
