  • Publication number: 20240104168
Abstract: Using a graphical user interface (GUI), a user is guided to generate a logical graph that represents how real data is generated in a situation. The situation is simulated using an artificial intelligence (AI) model a number of times by having the AI model choose paths through the logical graph to generate synthetic data that is representative of the real data. The AI model may also use a reward table that the user is guided to generate via the GUI to execute the simulation, wherein the reward table incentivizes certain paths of the logical graph, and agents of the AI model are trained using the values of this reward table. This synthetic data generated via the AI model can be used for training other AI models.

  • Patent number: 10087162
Abstract: Dialkyil esters of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid are prepared in a process including: contacting an acid starting composition having 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid with an excess of alkanol to form an esterification product having the dialkyil ester of 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid, water and unreacted alkanol; separating at least part of the unreacted alkanol and water from the esterification product to yield a solid crude product composition having the dialkyil ester of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid; and subjecting at least part of the solid crude product composition to an evaporation step, where the dialkyil ester of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid is evaporated and subsequently condensed to yield purified dialkyil ester of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid.

  • Patent number: 8172152
Abstract: Electromagnetically recognizable E13B characters can be printed onto conventional paper by an inkjet printer using liquid magnetic ink. The printer receives data representing an E13B character, and prints the E13B character onto a substrate according to a modified E13B character pattern. The modified E13B pattern provides for an interior of the E13B character to be substantially completely filled, and includes one or more void arrangements arranged and positioned relative to a corresponding internal detection edge, and sized and shaped, to amplify the difference between the upstream magnetic signal detected on the upstream side of the internal detection edge and the downstream magnetic signal detected on the downstream side of the internal detection edge when an electromagnetic read head reads the resulting printed E13B character.
