Abstract: A color additive, when added to paints, whether water-based or oil-based, varnishes, sealers, lacquers, and other protective or decorative compositions, and to additives therefor, that when applied on a surface provides for a color that dissipates within a reasonable time frame, generally from hours to a few days leaving the paint the original color. The color additives temporarily impart color to paint, the color dissipating over a short period of time substantially to the color of the original composition prior to the addition of the colorant thereto, whether they are water white, tinted or pigmented. Abstract: A color source sheet consisting of a thin porous paper receptive to printing ink, typewriter, pencil copy, electrostatic copiers, etc. and having on one surface a thin uniform coating comprising rubber binder, particulate heat-volatilizable dye and particulate filler which is non-absorptive of the dye. The dye is transferable by thermographic heating at temperatures readily available in commercial thermographic copying machines.

Abstract: Sheet materials are provided which are useful in preparing negative transparencies for use with overhead projectors. Methods for obtaining image transfer and preparation of transparencies are also provided.
