Abstract: The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed. According to one aspect of the present invention, an exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed is provided, comprising: a base plate on which a part of the body of a user is placed; a base frame which is coupled to the base plate and disposed on the ground; a support frame which is arranged to be held by a user, and which is rotatably coupled to the base frame and fixed at a predetermined angle; and an elastic band assembly which interconnects the support frame and the leg of the user, and which is elastically transformable. According to the exercise apparatus of the present invention, the base plate is arranged to enable the user to determine the part of the body thereof to be supported on the base plate, and locate the determined body part on the base plate. The base frame and the support frame rotate relative to one another and are fixed at a predetermined angle.
