Also provided herein are methods and compositions for the treatment of low turnover bone disorders wherein the methods comprise administration of Activin-ActRIIA inhibitors to a subject in need of the treatment. Further provided herein are compositions for the treatment of bone disorders that are associated with kidney disease and compositions for the treatment of low turnover bone disorders and vascular calcification.

Abstract: A method of treating a cyclooxygenase-2 dependent disorder or condition comprising administering 5-methyl-2-(2′-chloro-6′-fluoroanilino)phenylacetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount effective to treat such a disorder or condition for about 24 hours, comprising administering orally once a day to a human in need of such treatment one or more immediate release pharmaceutical compositions comprising 5-methyl-2-(2′-chloro-6′-fluoroanilino)phenylacetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and compositions suitable for use in such methods.

Abstract: In recovering the multi-solvent portion of the oil solvent mixture in a solvent dewaxing process, decomposition of a thermally unstable, lower boiling solvent component is substantially avoided by recovering the solvent in a series of controlled evaporations whereby the major portion of the lower boiling solvent component is removed from the mixture prior to the removal of the remaining portion of the solvent. The solvent removal may be conducted in a high pressure evaporator having an upper section and a lower section separated by an annular tray.
