Abstract: An improved wood cooking or baking plank having pre-installed crack or split closure hardware. The cooking plank has permanently embedded nuts so connecting split closing screws can easily turn while sealing closed a crack or split in the wood grain. Operating the plank's split closing hardware requires no special tools foreign to many kitchens. A common table knife will turn the screw easily into the embedded nut subsequently closing the crack or split.

Abstract: A craft punch aid includes a base portion and a lever portion pivotally attached to the base portion. A rotatable pressure head assembly is attached to the lever portion, the pressure head assembly includes a pressure stub for accommodating punches of differing heights. The base portion may include a pivot device for producing designs of differing radii on a work-piece, and the craft punch aid may include a straight guide for attachment to the base portion for enabling straight-line punching of a work-piece.

Abstract: An integrated circuit combines micro-machined elements, piezoelectric elements and signal processing components as part of a compensated oscillating gyroscopic sensor for angular motion detection. An oscillating mass is supported on a number of flexible beams micro-machined into an integrated circuit device, such as a silicon CMOS device. Several Piezo-electric elements are also coupled to the beams to excite the mass and to measure the accelerations. Integrated in the device are electronic circuitry that initiates and maintains the oscillation and electronic circuitry that detects and measures the subsequent motion. Additional circuitry is also provided to determine the Coriolis acceleration and thus the magnitude of the external perturbing velocity.

The battery charging and maintenance system includes a charging assembly designed for converting alternating current into direct current for use in charging batteries, a golf cart regulator assembly electrically couplable to the charging assembly, a golf cart charging lead assembly for electrically coupling the charging assembly to the golf cart regulator assembly, an automobile regulator assembly electrically couplable to the charging assembly, and an automobile charging lead assembly for electrically coupling the charging assembly to the automobile regulator assembly.
