  • Patent number: 9567134
Abstract: A beverage container comprising a base, a side surface, an upper end, and an interior volume formed by the base and the side surface, and a personal identifier positioned upon the base of the of beverage container for stain identification and personalization. A method of using a beverage container for personalization of a stain generated by spilling liquid upon a first surface from the beverage container and transferring a portion of the liquid spilled using the surface of the personal identifier affixed to the beverage container to a second (dry) surface, which may be paper.

  • Patent number: 4665262
Abstract: An olefin polymerization catalyst system comprising (I) a polymerization catalyst produced by treating an inert support material, preferably a hydrated high surface area silica support having 1.00 to 1.50 hydroxyls per gram of silica with the reaction product of an organomagnesium compound and first a zirconium compound and/or a hafnium compound then a halogenator and tetravalent titanium compound, (II) an organoaluminum compound cocatalyst and (III) a chlorinated hydrocarbon promoter which produces polymers having broad molecular weight distribution in high yields.

  • Patent number: 4568730
Abstract: An olefin polymerization catalyst component produced by impregnating polyethylene with a pulverized solid olefin polymerization catalyst containing a Group 4b or 5b transition metal, for example a pulverized magnesium chloride containing titanium is impregnated in low molecular weight polyethylene by copulvering, then subjecting the impregnated polymer particles to shear in an inert medium at about the softening point of the polyethylene, which when used as a cocatalyst with an organoaluminum compound produces polymers of improved morphology having a more regular shape and higher bulk density than pulverized catalyst alone.

Date of Patent: February 4, 1986
Assignee: Exxon Research & Engineering Co.

  • Patent number: 4567153
Abstract: An olefin polymerization catalyst produced by copulverizing a magnesium compound and a scandium halide, such as magnesium chloride and scandium chloride which is thereafter treated with one or more Group 4b or 5b transition metal compounds, which when used as a cocatalyst with an organoaluminum compound produces polymers in higher yields than magnesium compounds copulverized with organic esters as previously practiced and having broad molecular weight distribution.

  • Patent number: 4562170
Abstract: An olefin polymerization catalyst produced by treating a inert porous support material preferably a hydrated high surface area silica support having 1.00 to 1.50 hydroxyls per gram of silica with the reaction product of an organomagnesium compound and first a hafnium compound then a halogenator and tetravalent titanium compound, which when used as a cocatalyst with an organoaluminum compound produces polymers having broad molecular weight distribution.
