Abstract: An interactive wedding planner incorporates a number of interactive tabs to keep track of schedules, guest lists, budgets, vendor information, publications and personal notes. It also has the ability to allow communication between users and provides e-mail support. The planner provides a modular general plan complete with deadlines and estimates costs. The user personalizes the general plan to create a personal plan which guides the user through the process. Ongoing actual data is provided to the system to provide reminders and reports of how the user is doing compared to their personal plan. The planner also keeps track of responses of people attending and extrapolates the total number of people attending. It then performs calculations based upon the extrapolated total number attending.
