  • Patent number: 11979888
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a co-channel configuration. The co-channel configuration may indicate a set of sidelink parameters for a co-channel operation associated with dynamically utilizing sidelink radio frequency resources allocated for a first radio access technology and sidelink radio frequency resources allocated for a second radio access technology. The UE may transmit, based on the received co-channel configuration, an indication of a set of channel availability parameter values indicating an amount of available sidelink radio frequency resources associated with the first radio access technology, the second radio access technology, or both.

  • Publication number: 20240121756
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) sense sidelink transmissions to determine a set of resources that may be reserved by one or more other UEs. The set of resources may include a first subset of resources associated with a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second subset of resources associated with a second, different RAT. The first UE may transmit a message to a second UE indicating resource information for transmissions by the second UE, and the resource information may indicate that the first subset of resources is associated with the first RAT and that the second subset of resources is associated with the second RAT. • Patent number: 11956757
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may communicate with one or more other UEs using multiple transmissions in a device-to-device (D2D) communications deployment. A number of UEs may be configured with D2D resources, and a transmitting UE may identify available D2D resources from the configured resources. The transmitting UE may identify a resource for a first transmission of a D2D transmission from the available D2D resources, and may identify a second resource for a second transmission of the D2D transmission. The second transmission may be a blind HARQ transmission that may be transmitted to enhance the likelihood that one or more receiving UEs successfully receive the transmission. In some examples, the second resource may be identified based on other available resources within an predetermined time window around the first transmission.

  • Publication number: 20240114536
Abstract: Aspects relate to dynamic resource sharing for sidelink communication. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may modify a first sidelink transmission resource set associated with a first radio access technology (RAT) to exclude at least one resource indicated by a second sidelink transmission resource set associated with a second RAT. In some examples, a UE may prioritize certain transmissions. For example, a UE may drop a sidelink reception operation if there is a conflict with a sidelink transmission operation. In some examples, a UE may prioritize a particular RAT. For example, a UE may drop a sidelink transmission operation on a first RAT if there is a conflict with a sidelink transmission operation on a second RAT (e.g., the second RAT is deemed to have a higher priority).
