  • Patent number: 12243337
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for extracting text from a document. Different optical character recognition (OCR) tools are used to extract different versions of the text in the document. Metrics evaluating the quality of the extracted text are compared to identify and select higher quality extracted text. A selected portion of text is compared to a threshold to ensure minimal quality. The selected portion of text is then saved. Error correction can be applied to the selected portion of text based on errors specific to the OCR tools or the document contents.

  • Patent number: 12241053
Abstract: Dysfunctional or exhausted T cells arise in chronic diseases including chronic viral infections and cancer, and express high levels of co-inhibitory receptors. Therapeutic blockade of these receptors has clinical efficacy in the treatment of cancer. While co-inhibitory receptors are co-expressed, the triggers that induce them and the transcriptional regulators that drive their co-expression have not been identified. The immunoregulatory cytokine IL-27 induces a gene module in T cells that includes several known co-inhibitory receptors (Tim-3, Lag-3, and TIGIT). The present invention provides a novel immunoregulatory network as well as novel cell surface molecules that have an inhibitory function in the tumor microenvironment. The present invention further provides the novel discovery that the transcription factors Prdm1 and c-Maf cooperatively regulate the expression of the co-inhibitory receptor module.

  • Publication number: 20250071044
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for enabling distributed path computation and centralized path enforcement in a computer network used to implement a software application. In some cases, the disclosed techniques include using a central controller that initializes and coordinates monitoring agents deployed to network regions. The monitoring agents may collect monitoring data associated with application segments in their respective regions and share this data with each other. Using the aggregated data, the agents can compute optimal paths between application segment pairs spanning multiple regions. The optimal inter-region paths may be sent to the controller, which can program the paths into the routing application programming interfaces (APIs) of the various network environments like public cloud and on-premises networks.

  • Publication number: 20250067453
Abstract: A refrigeration system to provide cooling during refrigerant leak is disclosed. The system detects a refrigerant leak by detecting that a refrigerant concentration is more than a threshold concentration on at least two occasions. The system executes a mitigation plan until the concentration of refrigerant is less than the threshold concentration. The system determines if it is operated in a safe mode, where in the safe mode, a blower of the system is set to operate continuously. When the system is in the safe mode, the system determines a number of times where the concentration of refrigerant exceeded the threshold concentration. In response to determining that the number of times where the concentration of refrigerant exceeded the threshold concentration is more than the threshold value, the system operate the HVAC system in the safe mode and communicate a first alert message.

  • Publication number: 20250067487
Abstract: A refrigeration system to leverage subcool, superheat, and saturation suction temperature values to detect loss of charge due to refrigerant leak is disclosed. The system detects a refrigerant leak by detecting that a refrigerant concentration is more than a threshold concentration. In response, the system accesses subcool, superheat, and saturation suction temperature values associated with the compressor circuits. The system determines that the subcool value is less than a subcool threshold and whether the superheat value is more than a superheat threshold. In response, the system may determine that the compressor circuit associated with the subcool and superheat values is associated with the loss of charge. In response, the system isolates the compressor circuit from other components of the system and operates a blower. The system may continue cooling operation using non-leaking compressors.
