  • Patent number: 11957681
Abstract: Imatinib is approved and marketed in solid oral dosage forms which may be dispersed in water or apple juice for patients having swallowing difficulty. Dispersion of Imatinib solid dosage forms in apple juice may increase palatability and patient compliance but apple juice may not be available all the time for administration. Further, dispersion of Imatinib solid oral dosage forms may not administer correct and consistent dose of medicine every time. The present invention therefore provides liquid dosage forms of Imatinib which correctly and consistently administers correct dose of drug to the patients.

  • Publication number: 20240071230
Abstract: Described herein are examples of a computerized method that comprises: in response to obtaining information regarding a potential collision between a vehicle and an object, obtaining data describing the vehicle for a time period extending before and after a time of the potential collision. The method may determine a likelihood that the potential collision is a non-collision event based on the data describing the vehicle by performing one or more assessments. The assessments may include telematics monitor assessment, driver behavior assessment, road surface feature assessment, trip correlation assessment, and/or context assessment. In response to determining that the likelihood indicates that the potential collision is not a non-collision event, the method may trigger one or more actions responding to the potential collision.

  • Patent number: 11884285
Abstract: Described herein are various techniques, including systems and non-transitory instructions, that, in response to obtaining information regarding a potential collision between a vehicle and an object, obtain data describing the vehicle for a time period extending before and after a time of the potential collision. The system may determine a likelihood that the potential collision is a non-collision event based on the data describing the vehicle by performing one or more assessments. The assessments may include telematics monitor assessment, driver behavior assessment, road surface feature assessment, trip correlation assessment, and/or context assessment. In response to determining that the likelihood indicates that the potential collision is not a non-collision event, the system may trigger one or more actions responding to the potential collision.

  • Publication number: 20230268096
Abstract: Embodiments of systems, devices, and methods relate to controlling beams for use in beam systems. An example method of controlling a travel path of a beam includes propagating a beam along a first path from an entry point of a dipole magnet through a non-gradient portion of the dipole magnet until the beam bends toward a first beam travel path of multiple beam travel paths of the dipole magnet. The example method further includes propagating the beam along the first beam travel path through a gradient portion of the dipole magnet to focus the beam for propagation to a downstream target. Embodiments further permit a compact beam system such that a series of magnets can be used to create a path that accommodates shielding to minimize the footprint of the beam system for facilities that may not otherwise support large systems due to space and safety constraints.

  • Publication number: 20220139585
Abstract: Embodiments are provided relating to the exchange of devices or assemblies holding targets used in a beam system. With these embodiments a used target can be rapidly and safely replaced with a new target to permit continued operation in a clinical or other environment. Also provided are embodiments of valves having relatively lower profiles that facilitate engagement and disengagement of beamline sections for access to the target device or assembly. All or a portion of the valve can be part of the target assembly. Also provided are embodiments of storage containers for storing a volatile object, such as an object comprising a composition sensitive to atmospheric air and/or an object that is radioactive. The storage container can include a two-part shell case assembly configured for housing a volatile object between the two parts, which engage one another to form an air-tight seal therebetween.

  • Patent number: 10725519
Abstract: Power systems and methods for supplying direct current power to a server rack via a power shelf assembly that includes multiple power supply units (PSUs) and a power shelf controller (PSC) that ensures a correct configuration of PSUs, backup battery units (BBUs), and connection components using a power shelf configuration record. Upon a boot cycle of the PSC, the configuration identified in the power shelf controller is compared to an actual configuration of the components being connected between a server rack and the power shelf assembly to avoid providing power too soon and causing an overload of components for the server rack.
