Abstract: Disclosed is a system (100) and a method (300) for automated approval of a building proposal. The system (100) and the method (300) enables submission of a single building proposal through an automated single window platform and receive therefrom a plurality of approvals and digitally signed NOC's and certificates from building and construction authority and various government departments, thereby reducing on the time-cycle required for approval of the building proposal. The system (100) and the method (300) is cost effective and enables citizens to keep track of the building proposal throughout the approval process.
