Abstract: Systems and methods for enhancing the functionality of client communication devices that may execute supported applications and are communicatively tied to the Internet are described. An automated procedure for generating new skills first finds forms on the Internet that require user interaction, then generates skills to support those interactions, and then uploads the new skills into a skills database. The skills acquired can make it easier for users to engage with associated web resources in the future, making it possible to support interactions that are partially or entirely speech-based.
