  • Patent number: 10757261
Abstract: Techniques for pairing contacts and agents in a contact center system are disclosed. In one particular embodiment, the techniques may be realized as a method for pairing contacts and agents in a contact center system comprising: assigning, by at least one computer processor communicatively coupled to and configured to operate in the contact center system, a contact to an agent based on information associated with a prior interaction of the contact with the contact center system. The assigning of the contact to the agent may result in a less favorable outcome for the contact assigned to the agent and an increase in an overall performance of the contact center system.

  • Publication number: 20200265432
Abstract: A data attack detection system that includes a record host and an orchestration host. The record host stores account information for card holders. The orchestration host includes a switch interface configured to receive transaction information for a card from a network. The orchestration host further includes a velocity trap engine that stores received transaction information for the card in a cardholder file. The velocity trap engine creates entries in a velocity transaction timestamp record for the card when the number of transactions for the card in the cardholder record within a first predetermined time interval exceeds a first activity level threshold. The velocity trap engine discontinues a transaction flow between the orchestration host and the record host for the card when the number of transactions for the card in the velocity transaction timestamp record within a second predetermined time interval exceeds a second activity level threshold.

  • Publication number: 20200249808
Abstract: Disclosed are mechanisms for sharing managed content through external systems. A sharing module publishes content in a share and metadata associated therewith to an external system. The share represents a folder or directory in a repository managed by an information system such as an enterprise content management system. The publication is made possible through application programming interface (API) calls handled by a first sharing module API, a repository API, a second sharing module API, and an external system API. These APIs together provide a one-to-one mapping of communications protocols used by the managed repository and the external system. The share in the managed repository and the share published to the external system are synced and any conflict between the two is detected and resolved. The shared content can be repatriated back to the managed repository and the shared version deleted from the external system.

  • Patent number: 10650844
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method and system for recommending a response for a voice-based user input. The method includes detecting voice-based user input or input based on a query provided by a user. The method includes, extracting one or more voice parameters from pronunciation of the input. Thereafter, a disease type associated with the user is identified based on one or more voice parameters. Further, system verifies correctness of each word in the input based on comparison of each of the one or more voice parameters with a first set of predetermined corresponding one or more voice parameters associated with the disease type. Finally, the response is recommended for the input based on verification of correctness of each word in the input. The present disclosure recommends an accurate response for the input since one or more words detected incorrectly are auto corrected and provides a better user experience.
