    Abstract: An air-conditioning passive heat recirculating system for heated rooms has a number of heat exchange elements with heat radiation surfaces operating as heat transfer pumps using the Peltier's effect. Said heat exchange elements are arranged at at least one wall or the ceiling of heated room within the flow of the heated air circulating in said room so that their radiation surfaces direct heat from said wall or ceiling area to other parts of the room where the heat is desired and needed.
