Abstract: Systems and methods for managing documents are described. A system comprises one or more modules to present controls that reflect a hierarchy of documents available for online delivery, receive an indication of selected controls, and manage online document delivery (ODD) using the indication. A system for presenting a single-page ODD sign-up, comprises one or more modules to identify a user of an online system, determine a financial account associated with the user, and present a hierarchical control, including the financial account, in the single page to the user. A system comprises one or more modules to receive, from a support representative, a user's preference associated with ODD; receive, from an online interface, an indication that the user accepts an agreement associated with ODD; and manage ODD using the indicia reflecting the user's preference after the indication that the user agreed to the agreement has been received.
