  • Publication number: 20240161722
Abstract: An acoustic dampener for a duct carrying an acoustic signal, the acoustic dampener comprising a plurality of laminar surfaces stacked on top of one another and separated from one another, thereby creating a stack, wherein the plurality of laminar surfaces include a front laminar surface and a back laminar surface, a hole arranged in each of the plurality of laminar surfaces, and in the front laminar surface wherein the hole has dimensions enabling a duct carrying an acoustic signal, to be connected to the acoustic dampener and clamping means for clamping together the front laminar surface, the stack of plurality of laminar surfaces and the back laminar surface to create an acoustic dampener.

  • Patent number: 11614284
Abstract: A heat exchanger suitable to be used as a recuperator in a micro gas turbine including a stack of cells. Each of the cells includes a pair of mutually spaced-apart plates and layers including heat exchange elements arranged at the outer surfaces of the plates and between the plates. Each of the layers including heat exchange elements can include at least one discrete spatial component incorporating a number of elements. Both a supply header and a discharge header of the heat exchanger can be made of only two components at the position of the stack of cells. Compensating for heat expansion effects can be via a bellows-shaped pipe portion of a supply conduit.

  • Publication number: 20200340398
Abstract: A micro gas turbine equipped with a valve mechanism by means of which the operation of the micro gas turbine can be influenced and optimized, particularly by regulating a supply of hot gas from the cabinet and/or the exhaust of the micro gas turbine to an inlet side of the compressor. When the temperature of ambient air is relatively low, thermal output and thermal efficiency of a micro gas turbine decrease. The present micro gas turbine compensates for the loss of thermal efficiency.
