    Abstract: A method for producing vaccines wherein a suspension of the viral culture is purified by gel chromatography in a column packed with a porous virion non-sorbing silicate material having pore diameter of 50 to 10000 A, followed by adsorption-elution concentration and completion of the vaccine, or the starting suspension of the viral culture is concentrated by adsorption-elution and then purified by gel chromatography in a column packed with porous silicate material having pore diameter of 50 to 10000 A, or the starting suspension of the viral culture is subjected to gel chromatography in a column filled with a porous silicate material having pore diameter of 50 to 10000 A and the final vaccine is produced.
