  • Publication number: 20220161634
Abstract: A ventilation device of a motor vehicle includes a housing having an inlet opening and an outlet opening. A guide unit is arranged between the inlet and outlet openings and includes a number of guide surfaces forming air ducts. A control element arranged between the inlet opening and the guide unit adjusts a volumetric flow ratio of an air flow flowing along the guide unit. The control element has a partially cylindrical air duct body is arranged in the housing such that it can be pivoted about a first pivot axis perpendicular to the inflow direction. A number of slats are coupled to one another and are pivotable about respective second pivot axes perpendicular to the first pivot axis are arranged in the air duct body. The air duct body and the slat unit are adjustable independently of one another by an adjusting unit.

  • Publication number: 20210086590
Abstract: An outflow nozzle of a motor vehicle includes a housing having at least one outflow slit on the outflow side. The housing narrows towards the outflow slit while forming guide surfaces, in which housing a horizontal lamella that is assigned to the outflow slit and that can be changed in its position is mounted. On the outer side, the horizontal lamella is provided with opposing lead surfaces for the air flow. Transversely to the horizontal lamella, at least one vertical lamella that is pivotable about a vertical pivot pin is arranged. The lead surfaces of the horizontal lamella, which can be pivoted about a horizontal pivot axis, run in an inclined manner towards the outflow slit.

  • Patent number: 4642965
Abstract: The disclosure describes a method of automatically attaching an arrow label in the center hole of a ball, skein or package of yarn or thread wound onto a winding mandrel. The arrow label is coaxially aligned with the winding mandrel. During withdrawal of the ball of yarn from the winding mandrel the ball slides with its center hole onto the label. Subsequently, the ball of yarn is transported away together with the label by a conveyor means. A device for carrying out this method is provided with a movable label conveyor which positions the arrow labels one at a time and tip first at the winding mandrel. A movable gripping device then withdraws the ball of yarn from the winding mandrel, slides it over the shaft of the arrow label and transfers the labelled ball to ball conveyor.

  • Patent number: 4432501
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for the continuous production and laying down of yarn loops, in which the yarn loops are introduced onto a lap body by a revolving lap flyer and are transferred from the lap body onto a belt conveyor. To ensure yarn is laid down onto the belt conveyor without stretching, so that it can be drawn off again from above from the conveyor without obstruction, the lap body is a rotationally symmetrical body rotating about its axis of symmetry, the axis of rotation of the lap body extends transversely both to the axis of rotation of the lap flyer and to the running direction of the belt conveyor, and the lap body is driven so that its direction of rotation where it faces the belt conveyor is the same as the running direction of the conveyor.

  • Patent number: 4383655
Abstract: A yarn storage device has a plurality of vertically extending screw spindles spaced around a circle. The lower ends of the spindles are received in a bearing plate and are coupled to drive means for rotating each spindle about its own axis. A lap flyer is rotatable around said spindles by said drive means for applying loops of yarn around said spindles. An upwardly conically tapering drum is arranged concentrically to and within said circle such that the loops of yarn are transferred from the free upper ends of said spindles onto said drum and are pushed upwardly along the surface of the drum by subsequent loops. Yarn drawn off from the upper end of the drum has a substantially constant tension.
