Abstract: Novel fluorine-containing compositions which have improved surface properties for the permanent oil- and water-repellent surface treatment or modification of mineral and nonmineral substrates for various fields of application and are present in single-component form are claimed. These compositions have, at a reduced fluorine content, significantly improved use properties and they can, in combination with suitable stabilizing components and hydrophilic silane components, be additionally optimized in terms of their hydrophobic, oleophobic and dirt-repellent properties, and they have excellent storage stability.
