  • Publication number: 20240336522
Abstract: A method and a sensor device for evaluating residual Sulphur in a cement preheater of a cement kiln, wherein the residual Sulphur is based on the values of the fuel Sulphur content, the fuel rate of consumption, the hotmeal quality and the clinker Sulphur content. A method for evaluating blockage in a cement preheater includes evaluating the residual Sulphur in the cement preheater, determining an agglomeration rate of Sulphur compounds agglomerating on an inner surface of the cement preheater based on the residual Sulphur, and evaluating a level of blockage in at least one predetermined pathway of the cement preheater using a blockage evaluation unit, wherein the level of blockage is based on the agglomeration rate.

  • Publication number: 20240311653
Abstract: The present invention describes a computer-based system and method for training machine-learning models for delivering personalized query results. The method starts by collecting user behaviors, then categorizing each behavior and refining these categories based on additional data. The refined categories are used to create sequential, dynamic inputs that serve as both ground truth and training data for the machine-learning model. This process helps to strengthen the connections between the training data and the desired output, resulting in more accurate personalized query results. The system and method may be directed towards providing recommendations to the user, such as in the form of vehicle recommendations.

  • Publication number: 20240070743
Abstract: A method may include receiving data related to a plurality of items and processing the data using a machine learning model. The machine learning model may have been trained to output a score for each of the plurality of items based on one or more target variables and to process the data using a grouped linear regression for groups of items based on sub-divisions of the groups. The method may include storing the output in a data store. Each entry in the data store may include at least an item identifier for an item, a group name, and the score. The method may include receiving search criteria for a search and identifying a set of search results in a group of items. The method may include determining an order of the set of search results and outputting the set of search results.

  • Publication number: 20220067460
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer readable media are disclosed for generating, modifying, and using machine learning models to predict and evaluate variances between data sets. Methods disclosed herein may include identifying features that characterize members of a data set, generating a machine learning model using identified features, using the machine learning model and the group to assign feature attributions to the features, and predicting the impact of those features on behaviors of the first data set and a second data set.

  • Publication number: 20140007956
Abstract: This invention relates to a catheter for use in post-mortem angiography and a method for post-mortem in-situ cardiac angiography of a human or animal body. The catheter comprises (a) a proximal end for insertion into a human or animal body, (b) a distal end which remains outside the body during normal use, (c) a tube for delivering an imaging agent to the body, and (d) a marker for insertion into the body, the marker being positioned at a predetermined distance from the proximal end and comprising a substance such that its position once inserted into the body is detectable from outside the body.
