Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for presenting a user interface. In one embodiment, a method includes displaying a scrollable list of characters associated with a character set, and detecting a selection of a displayed character of the scrollable list of characters. The method may further include displaying a search query based on the selection, updating a character set of the scrollable list based at least in part on the search query and index elements of a dataset, and displaying a result listing based on the search query, wherein the result listing identifies one or more index elements including a matching character sequence relative to the search query. Generating a search query may be based on adaptive updating of a list of characters that may be employed for generating search queries. Display of a result list may include an identification of matching character sequence.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for displaying a user interface to present a plurality of media titles. In one embodiment, method includes displaying a user interface including a plurality of graphical elements, wherein each graphical element is associated with a media title and assigned a focus state, and assigning one of the graphical elements with a selected focus state, wherein the graphical element is displayed to include a glow accent.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for presenting a plurality of media titles. In one embodiment, a method includes detecting a user input associated with a displayed user interface, and determining one or more media titles for presentation in response to the user input, wherein media titles are selected based on ratings generated for each media title relative to one or more attributes associated with the user. The method may further include displaying a first a graphical element based on a selected media title, wherein the first graphical element is assigned a focus state and associated with a position of a spiral formation, and displaying at least one additional graphical element based on one or more selected media titles, wherein the at least one additional graphical element is assigned a focus state and associated with a position of the spiral formation. The method may further include adjusting user interface display.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for automatically manipulating and sharing multimedia content items by acquiring them, defining related item information via graphical user interface, and transferring the items and the related item information to selected destinations whereby the related item information is retained. The related item information includes metadata and collection definition, including transfer constraints and destination requirements. Embodiments may be implemented on potentially network-attached computers and cameras, and transfer content to email accounts, archives, social networks and content publication sites. The graphical user interface includes function-specific areas for easy, fast use. Destinations are identified by name and logo, and may include an interchange server that dynamically updates end destination requirements and responsively adapts further transfers.
