Abstract: A network interface controller (NIC) capable of efficient packet injection into an output buffer is provided. The NIC can be equipped with an output buffer, a plurality of injectors, a prioritization logic block, and a selection logic block. The plurality of injectors can share the output buffer. The prioritization logic block can determine a priority associated with a respective injector based on a high watermark and a low watermark associated with the injector. The selection logic block can then determine, from the plurality of injectors, a subset of injectors associated with a buffer class and determine whether the subset of injectors includes a high-priority injector. Upon identifying a high-priority injector in the subset of injectors, the selection logic block can select the high-priority injector for injecting a packet in the output buffer.

Abstract: A user alert system is described herein that provides direct alerts to users of a real estate website each time a single event meets one of a user's criteria. Unlike periodic summary reports that summarize all events within a regular time period, direct or “instant” alerts are delivered as soon as possible after a condition is met for a subject property or other source of the event, so that the user receives the most timely notification possible. Users can create a set of search criteria and then save the search for future reference. The user alert system leverages these search criteria to identify any item that matches the user's search criteria and provide a real-time notification in a timely manner upon any real estate event occurring that matches the user's search criteria. Thus, the user alert system allows users to find out about changes much more rapidly.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes providing to a user access, via an electronic network, to a memory device on which are stored listings of parcels of real property. A selection of a set of the stored listings is received from the user via the electronic network. In response to receiving the selection, at least a portion of a first itinerary is generated including an indication of at least one time at which the user will receive permitted physical access to at least one parcel of real property associated with the selected set of stored listings. The first itinerary is then provided to the user.

Abstract: A device avoiding the use of any motor or perpendicular or rectangular elements, having a convex asymmetrical longitudinal curve, a central longitudinal groove, and mirrored perpendicular and latitudinal, symmetrically-matched convex curves extending from the central groove to the sides, and optimally surfaced with a soft dense foam, uses gravitational force on the body of a user to provide an effective, yet gentle stretch along the length and across the width of the back, particularly at the thoracic vertebrae thereby relieving postural mechanical shoulder, back or spine pain. Additional alternative embodiments using a heating, cooling, or vibrational element along the central longitudinal groove are also described and claimed herein.

Abstract: A network is audited by running task programs and evaluating the results of the task programs. Task programs are tools that are configured to retrieve information about a particular network device. A service is arranged to coordinate the scheduling, execution, and data collection and aggregation of each task program over disparate networks such as multiple domains. Each task program executes at a scheduled time and provides results to a parser. The parser formats the results and provides the formatted data to the service. The service stores the collected data in a database. A client can schedule and/or review the results of audits by communicating with the service. The collected data can be compared and filtered according to rule-based templates that define acceptable network device configurations. Reports can be generated based on the templates such that a client can evaluate results from task programs executed over the entire network.

Abstract: A semiconductor structure having a high-k dielectric and its method of manufacture is provided. A method includes forming a first dielectric layer over the substrate, a metal layer over the first dielectric layer, and a second dielectric layer over the metal layer. A method further includes annealing the substrate in an oxidizing ambient until the three layers form a homogenous high-k dielectric layer. Forming the first and second dielectric layers comprises a non-plasma deposition process such atomic layer deposition (ALD), or chemical vapor deposition (CVD). A semiconductor device having a high-k dielectric comprises an amorphous high-k dielectric layer, wherein the amorphous high-k dielectric layer comprises a first oxidized metal and a second oxidized metal. The atomic ratios of all oxidized metals are substantially uniformly within the amorphous high-k dielectric layer.
