  • Patent number: 9045000
Abstract: A tire changing device is disclosed which comprises a tire support tray having two spaced apart adjacent parallel slots in the mid-section of the tray and a rotating cylindrical roller located in each slot. An incline plate is hingedly connected to the tire support table which plate also has two spaced apart adjacent parallel slots which when the incline plate is rotated and rolled on the tire support plate the two slots in the tray and the two slots in the incline table mate with the surface of the two rollers protruding above the surface of the tire table. A telescoping rim capture rod extend upward from the tire tray and terminates in a horizontal hook for retaining the tire securely in place. The tire to be changed is rolled up the incline plate onto the tire tray and is secured between the two surfaces of the rollers. After the tire change, the tire is rolled down the incline plate and into storage away from the tire changing device.

  • Patent number: 8635718
Abstract: A single-bowl sink is converted into double-bowl sink by a specially designed divider plate placed across the inner walls of the sink. Each bowl (basin) has one drain hole for drainage of liquid and has top surface, a bottom surface and a pair of strips of ferrous metal attached to the bottom surface of the basin. The divider plate has an upper edge and a lower edge and a channel inside the lower edge, a permanent magnet in said channel for providing magnetic attraction between the divider plate and the strips of ferrous metal at the bottom surface of said basin and for maintaining the divider plate in position in said sink.

  • Patent number: 7861390
Abstract: European-style long rail pulls are installed on cabinet doors to replace previously installed knobs or short handles on such cabinet doors. Standoff devices are used to rigidly secure the European-style rail pulls while covering unsightly holes left exposed after removal of the knobs from the cabinet doors. The standoff device is a generally cylindrical body have a flat bottom surface and a bore aligned with the exposed holes on the cabinet doors, and an upper surface shaped and sized to securely grip the long rail about its circumference.

  • Publication number: 20080110512
Abstract: A faucet assembly is provided having a cylindrical body with a base, a rotatable top, a housing and hot and cold tubes entering the housing. Two plates are positioned in the housing, a stationary plate and a top rotatable plates, the stationary plate having one aperture for cold water, a second aperture for hot water and a third aperture for flow of the water mixture from the housing through a discharge tube connected to the housing. A plastic figurine mounted on top of the cylindrical housing is operatively associated with the rotatable plate to partially or completely open the apertures and control the amounts, and hence, the temperature of the water. Functional parts of the assembly are uniquely formed by integrally molding a plastic onto the metal parts thus also enhancing the appearance of the assembly.

  • Patent number: 7350245
Abstract: A liquid level detection and control system having a shut off gate located near the liquid discharge outlet and a liquid level sensor which sends signal to a wireless transmitter when a preset liquid level is detected. The transmitter then transmits signal to an electronic receiver and from there to an electronic circuit which transmit signal to a solenoid operatively associated with the shut off gate to open and close the gate.
