Abstract: An apparatus for cutting a workpiece sheet is provided that includes a support frame, a cutter head assembly, and a clamp assembly. The cutter head assembly is mounted on a track attached to the support frame, and can be selectively moved along the track. The clamp assembly includes a bar that is selectively operable between a retracted position and a deployed position. Embodiments of the apparatus include a drive unit operable to drive the cutter head assembly along the track.

Abstract: A framer's point is provided that includes a lengthwise-extending centerline, a first body portion disposed on a first side of the centerline, and a second body portion disposed on a second side of the centerline. The first body portion and the second body portion extend laterally outward from the centerline with an obtuse included angle. The present framer's point is stackable in a columnar linear stack.

Abstract: A framing material hanger is provided that includes a web that extends lengthwise, an arcuately shaped raised midsection disposed between a pair of shoulder portions, and one or more legs disposed on each lengthwise end of the web. The raised midsection has a thickness, and includes flanges disposed along each lengthwise extending edge. Each flange increases the thickness of the midsection proximate the relative lengthwise extending edge. In some embodiments, a stack of the framing material hangers is provided, wherein one or more shearable tabs extend between, and attach, adjacent hangers within the stack.
