Abstract: A device for homogenizing a multicomponent fluid including a main channel, a first and a second buffer channels, a collector connected to the main channel with a main conduct, to the first buffer channel with a first fiber and to the second buffer channel with a second fiber. The collector further includes a flow separation point aimed at dividing the main conduct into the first and second fibers, a pumping unit configured to move the multicomponent fluid from the main channel to the first or the second buffer channels through the collector and move the multicomponent fluid from the first or the second buffer channels to the main channel through the collector.

Abstract: An apparatus suitable for clamping at least one microfluidic device, which includes (i) a fluid-tight chamber having a fluid inlet, the chamber being configured to receive a microfluidic device to be clamped by compression of at least one deformable part of the microfluidic device under the action of a pressure of a clamping fluid in the chamber, and (ii) a perfusion fluid management system configured to adjust the pressure of a perfusion fluid in the microfluidic device in such a way that, during a clamping operation, the pressure of the clamping fluid in the chamber is strictly higher than the pressure of the perfusion fluid in the microfluidic device.

Abstract: A device for handling a particle suspension, in particular a cell suspension, which includes at least one channel for flowing the particle suspension, a pumping unit configured to move a driving fluid and control element for controlling the pumping unit. Also, a method for handling a particle suspension, which includes flowing the particle suspension in or out of at least one channel using a driving fluid for driving the particle suspension in the channel.
