Abstract: A random number generating device for generating random number sequences for lottery games includes a cylinder that has opposing ends. A plurality of rings is rotationally coupled to the cylinder. Indicia are coupled to and arrayed linearly around an outer surface of each ring. Each ring is selectively rotatable around the cylinder, such that the rings are randomly positionable and wherein the indicia are arrayed in a plurality of parallel rows that extends between the opposing ends of the cylinder.
