    Abstract: A fuel cell adhesive comprises a polyolefin adhesive having a bonding strength sufficient to adhere two fuel cell stack components together. The bonding strength of the polyolefin adhesive is less than the cohesive strength of any of the fuel cell stack components such that two adhesively bonded fuel cell stack components can be easily separated and re-joined without causing any mechanical damages to the fuel cell stack components. The polyolefin adhesive may be prepared by polymerizing at least an ?-olefin monomer in the presence of a molecular weight controlling agent.
