  • Publication number: 20250143588
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for monitoring health of a user in a facility. In this regard, telemetry data from one or more sensors in a facility is received such that at least a portion of the telemetry data includes health data of a user in the facility. The health data is then filtered to determine heart rate signal and respiratory rate signal. The heart rate signal and respiratory rate signal is monitored over a pre-defined time period. The monitored heart rate signal and respiratory rate signal is then compared with one or more pre-defined thresholds. Based on the comparison of the monitored heart rate signal and respiratory rate signal, a possible health issue for the user is predicted by a machine learning algorithm. Further, in this regard, one or more alerts are generated based on the possible health issue that is predicted for the user.

  • Publication number: 20250149782
Abstract: Techniques to reduce signal interference between wired signals communicated within an electronic device and wireless signals transmitted to or received from antennas of the electronic device are disclosed. The electronic device includes an interposer with an inner fence and an outer fence having offset gaps to prevent a pathway otherwise formed by overlapping tabs, where the pathway allows noise leakage from the wired signals. In some embodiments, the electronic device (e.g., in a main logic board package) includes a ground fencing of ground vias to prevent the noise leakage from harmonics associated with signal vias communicating the wired signals. The spacing between the ground vias is based on frequencies of signals that the ground vias are intended to block.

  • Publication number: 20250140674
Abstract: A package for multiple integrated circuit dies (e.g., chips). Various common couplers are layered between the chips and package contacts of the package. Each of the chips has a planar surface (e.g., a flat top surface) along which the chips include die contacts. The common couplers lie along the planar surface of each of the chips, and electrically connects the die contacts of the chips to the package contacts of the package. This allows the chips, the common couplers, and the package contacts to be stacked together to form a relatively thin, compact package. The common couplers connect the die contacts of any particular type to the corresponding package contacts of that particular type, such that the die contacts need not have the same layout as the package contacts, thus allowing packages with the same package contact layouts to be used to package chips with varying die contact layouts.

  • Publication number: 20250131407
Abstract: Fuel dispensing can be performed by receiving a user input indicative of a fuel code via a graphical user interface (GUI) of a fueling system. The fuel code is provided to a fuel exchange system and relayed to a remote server using an application programming interface (API). A validation data object for validating the fuel code is received from the remote server via the API. In response to the validation data object, the fueling system automatically transition from an inactive state to an active state to dispense fuel to a user entity. Fuel event data is generated based on the dispensing of fuel and provided to the fuel exchange system. The fuel exchange system generates a fuel exchange payload based on the fuel event data and provides the fuel exchange data payload to the remote server for execution of an exchange value using the user entity's instrument of exchange.

  • Publication number: 20250133818
Abstract: An HEMT that includes a hybrid gate contact comprising an enhancement gate portion and a depletion gate portion. The depletion gate portion acts as a buffer that reduces the large electric field peak that would have otherwise existed at the enhancement gate portion if there was no depletion gate portion. Instead, the large electric field peak is split into two smaller electric field peaks; the first smaller electric field peak being at the drain contact side of the depletion gate portion, and the second smaller electric field peak being at the drain contact side of the enhancement gate portion. The use of this hybrid gate contact allows for greater ability to regulate and reduce electric field peaks, thus allowing the overall size of the HEMT to be reduced, and/or allowing the HEMT to handle higher voltages and currents, as compared to an HEMT with only an enhancement gate.

  • Publication number: 20250133762
Abstract: A transistor structure that includes a biased substrate. The transistor structure comprises a barrier semiconductor layer and a channel semiconductor layer immediately beneath the barrier semiconductor layer to form a heterojunction interface with the barrier semiconductor layer, the heterojunction inducing a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) within the channel semiconductor layer. A semiconductor substrate is beneath and rigidly coupled to the channel semiconductor layer and the barrier semiconductor layer. A substrate contact layer is disposed immediately beneath the semiconductor substrate. The substrate contact layer is electrically disconnected from the source contact to allow for a different voltage to be applied to the substrate contact layer as compared to the source contact. A biasing circuit is configured to bias the substrate contact layer.

  • Publication number: 20250130552
Abstract: Fuel exchange authorization and can be performed and optimized by receiving a user input indicative of a fuel code. The user input is temporarily stored according to a third-party storage instruction. A fuel authorization data object is provided to the remote computing environment using a fuel exchange processing service and an application programming interface (API). A validation of the fuel code is generated by the remote computing environment based on a comparison of the user input to the fuel code.
