Abstract: A bioassay system includes at least one conductive excitation coil, the at least one conductive excitation coil configured to generate an alternating magnetic field including a first frequency and a second frequency. The bioassay system further includes a sample mount configured to position a sample within the at least one conductive excitation coil, and at least one sensing conductive coil configured to determine a magnetic response of a sample positioned within the sample mount to the alternating magnetic field.

Abstract: Stable lyophilized immunogenic compositions include inter alia live attenuated recombinant flaviviruses, more preferably live attenuated recombinant dengue viruses, at least one carbohydrate, at least one amino acid and is particularly amenable to rapid freeze-drying treatments wherein, the composition preserves desired characteristics of a virus, including virus viability, immunogenicity and stability. The immunogenic composition is devoid of preservatives, polymers and surfactants. The methods for manufacturing the stable lyophilized immunogenic compositions are also provided.

Abstract: A chain drive system for an engine includes a plurality of sprockets. A chain is drivingly engaged with the plurality of sprockets. A guide assembly engages the chain and includes a metal support plate adapted to be secured to the engine and a plastic plate is supported by the metal plate and includes a chain guide surface in direct contact with the chain. An elastomeric insert is disposed between the metal plate and the plastic plate for reducing the transmission of noise and vibration between the plastic plate and the metal plate.

Abstract: A program and corresponding method allow for the enablement of customizable extension fields into a form template, independent of the field type of the extension field. New extension fields corresponding to section headers of the form template can be created and added to a user interface. A new extension field can drive the form template and be added to all applicable section headers in the form template from the user interface.
