The system can utilize many different types of data formats such as numeric, text, video, audio, image, or combination thereof. The intermediate output is further processed using a distributed real time business rule processing engine to determine required conditions in the data. The business rules comprise one or more set of meta data. These mechanisms do not accommodate specific requirements when rules are to be applied for answer scripts assignment to markers and do not take into consideration marking quality and schedule. Present disclosure provides systems and methods that achieve high marking standards by assigning answer script to a most eligible marker wherein parts of answer script are assigned to most eligible domain marker in case of segmented marking. Marker and answer script attributes are captured that form part of assignment rules thus enabling creation of conditions. Marker profiles are generated based on expertise and availability.

The present disclosure uploads the question papers, OMR bubble sheet and question paper's color information specific to an examination to a server wherein it is encrypted, zipped into a bundle wherein a unique key is generated. The encrypted bundle is downloaded, decrypted and unzipped on an electronic device using the user provided key wherein the invigilator adds the required details and encrypt again. The encrypted bundle is distributed to the candidate device through the paper distribution adhoc protocol. The candidate downloads, unzip and decrypts the encrypted bundle on the candidate device and provides the response to the question paper. The candidate's responses are evaluated, and result is declared locally if the candidate device is configured with a master key or uploaded to the server for further processing.

In addition to that these processes require huge manpower and high costs for the distribution of content. A method and system for securely distributing the content in an examination has been provided. The system provides a green paper device that keep the content only accessible for a defined duration and cannot be copied or printed through any medium. The device can be used in invigilator mode as master paper device and the examination mode as receiving paper device. The system also includes a content authoring engine for securely creating or authoring content. The content is transferred from the content authoring engine to the cloud server and to master paper device in a password protected encrypted format.

This results in unintentional or intentional use of mobile phones in the prohibited areas such as examination centers. A method for detecting active radiofrequency wireless communication signal in a region has been provided. The method involves two stages, calibration stage and mobile phone detection stage. In the calibration stage, the frequency on which the mobile towers in that region are operating are identified. The identified frequency is then used to detect the active wireless RF communication using a plurality of software defined radios (SDR) and the existing client systems present in the region. The method further configured to determine the exact location of the mobile phone from the RF communication signal is generated.

The hosted platform in turn can execute the request of the “integrating application” by internally connecting with the plurality of service providers across a plurality of domains and provide the output in a standard format. Since the wrapper protocol standardizes the format of communication (input & output), hence it reduces effort substantially at the end of the integrating application. The ability of the platform to increase the list of service providers is augmented as it relies on metadata for request generation and invocation.
