Abstract: A computer system can receive a request for a user corresponding to a user profile to access a first digital content. Based upon the user profile, a literacy level for the user can be determined at the computer system. Based upon the first digital content, a literacy level for the first digital content can be determined at the computer system. In response to determining a difference between the literacy level for the user and the literacy level for the first digital content, a second digital content corresponding to the literacy level for the user and related to the first digital can be generated for display on a user interface.

Abstract: Installing a payload file contained in a compressed archive of files using a minimum of memory. The payload file is directly installed onto a target data processing system without making additional copies of the particular file on the target data processing system and without intermediate expansion of the entire archive. The compressed archive of files contains an index indicating the location of files within the archive and a configuration logic section that allows an installation program to determine which files should be installed on which data processing systems and where the files should be installed.

Abstract: Method, system and computer program product for modifying installation software in a data processing system. Installation software is stored on a rewritable data storage medium using a file system that allows portions of software stored on the rewritable data storage medium to be modified without modifying other portions of the software stored on the rewritable data storage medium. At least one portion of the stored installation software is modified to provide modified installation software on the rewritable data storage medium. The invention enables modifications to installation software to be selectively placed on the same data storage medium that stores the installation software.

Abstract: A “milestone bar calendar” is displayed on a user's display screen of a computer, PDA, cell phone, etc. In a typical arrangement, the bar calendar will be displayed horizontally across the top of the screen, integrated with toolbars that are typically found on most graphical user interfaces. In a preferred embodiment, twelve months, starting with the current month, will be displayed in the milestone bar calendar, and markers for upcoming milestones/events will be displayed within the bar, associated with the appropriate month. Designating a marker with a pointing device provides details regarding the milestone/event.
