    Abstract: A muffler and tail pipe expander and cleaner has two wedges for spreading a split frame, and with two spiral serrated rollers mounted on each frame. After insertion of the tool in a pipe to be cleaned and expanded, a draw bolt is used to bring the wedges together, to in turn expand the two frame members and upon further turning of the tool, the helical angles of the serrated rollers will cause the tool to screw itself into the pipe and simultaneously remove rust and dents and increase the pipe to its original size.
