  • Publication number: 20240134850
Abstract: The present disclosure is related to techniques for converting a natural language utterance to a logical form query and deriving a natural language interpretation of the logical form query. The techniques include accessing a Meaning Resource Language (MRL) query and converting the MRL query into a MRL structure including logical form statements. The converting includes extracting operations and associated attributes from the MRL query and generating the logical form statements from the operations and associated attributes. The techniques further include translating each of the logical form statements into a natural language expression based on a grammar data structure that includes a set of rules for translating logical form statements into corresponding natural language expressions, combining the natural language expressions into a single natural language expression, and providing the single natural language expression as an interpretation of the natural language utterance.

  • Patent number: 11861139
Abstract: Methods and systems for deferring and resuming content from multiple applications. An application executing a client device may have an open content item, such as a file, document, or message. An input to park or defer the content item may be received. In response to the input, a data container for a parked item for the content item is created in a remote content-deferral platform. Metadata for the content item is retrieved and stored within the data container along with additional data, which may be user curated, to form the parked item. The parked item may then be accessed from multiple different applications via a park pane.

  • Publication number: 20170024716
Abstract: A dynamic banner may be displayed in a merchant check out page sourced from a merchant server that may be customized to a particular user and/or merchant. The dynamic banner may be provided by a transaction account provider server and may invite the user to select an offer. In response to the user's interaction with the offer, the characteristics of the merchant check out page may be changed, for example, a product may be discounted, and/or a new transaction account may be issued to the user by the transaction account provider server and used to complete the checkout process via cross document messaging and cross domain scripting. In this manner, the merchant server and the transaction account provider server may interact with a user within a single web page.
