Abstract: Various embodiments herein each include at least one of systems, devices, methods, and software for self-service kiosk devices and systems and for the operation therewith. One embodiment, in the form of a method, includes receiving input defining a transaction with regard to an account to be conducted at a self-service kiosk device and staging the transaction defined by the received input. This method further includes receiving a notification that an authentication with regard to the account has been received from a particular self-service kiosk device and transmitting a set of commands to the particular self-service kiosk device to perform the staged transaction.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a split ATM booth and method of providing instant banking transactions. The split ATM booth includes teller kiosks for receiving a transaction request, sending a pre-stage transaction authorization request to an ATM network server, printing a transaction receipt containing a unique transaction encryption code. Cash dispenser terminals are provided for scanning the unique transaction encryption code, sending a transaction authorization request to the ATM network server, receiving a transaction approval from the ATM network server upon verification of the user account details and transaction details, executing the transaction and printing a transaction receipt. A transaction network switch controls the banking transactions at the split ATM booth.

The terminal further comprises a plurality of session suppliers, each session supplier being associated with one of the session initiation devices, and each session supplier being operable: (i) to receive from its associated session initiation device, information from an initiation token provided by a customer, and (ii) to create an electronic access token based on the received information. The terminal also comprises a session supplier aggregate operable to receive an electronic access token from one of the session suppliers for each session to be created; and a session component operable (i) to receive the electronic access token from the session supplier aggregate and (ii) to create a session based on the received electronic access token.

Abstract: A transaction authorization method and system. The system includes a host coupled to a plurality of transaction request channels (telephone, PC, and the like) for receiving and authorizing transaction requests for a specific self-service terminal. The system also includes a self-service terminal coupled to the host for receiving a transaction message therefrom. The transaction message includes a transaction identifier and a customer identifier, so that the self-service terminal is operable to provide a customer with a transaction amount from the transaction identifier in response to the customer entering details matching the contents of the customer identifier.
