Abstract: A closure assembly doser-dispenser for liquid containers comprising a female plug, a male plug that is pressure inserted into the female plug and having the possibility of relative rotation with respect to the female plug, wherein both plugs in their cylindrical bodies have an orifice which face in the open position, a mouthpiece. The invention may also comprise a driver element of the male plug to perform rotation and has as another object to be a coupler to different diameters of the liquid outlet pipe, a positioning element and a stop element of the rotation the driving assembly and male plug. It can include a container mouth of the container coupling, in which the female plug is pressure inserted.
