  • Publication number: 20240146149
Abstract: The engine with the direct drive of the gearbox of the sucker road pump includes a stator with a magnetic circuit, a winding and an input box, a rotor with magnetic circuit cores and permanent magnets, a front shield, and a back cover. The motor is not equipped with its own bearings. In this case, the stator is mounted directly on the gearbox instead of the input shaft bearing cover, and the rotor is mounted directly on the gearbox input shaft shank. The radial working gap between the stator and the motor's rotor is larger than the potential eccentricity of the gearbox input shaft relative to its housing. An axial bevel of permanent magnets and cores is made in the motor rotor. The motor stator winding, and the input box provide the possibility of connecting the phases in series or parallel.

  • Patent number: 11867176
Abstract: An apparatus for a submersible screw pump includes a cylindrical rotor located inside of a cylindrical stator. The rotor has a screw thread formed in an opposite direction in relation to screw threads of the stator. The external surface of the rotor has a curvilinear shape and the internal surface of the stator has semicircular shapes without rectangular edges. These surface features of the rotor and stator obtain high speed performance for the apparatus with reduced vortices. A gap between the internal surface of the stator and the external surface of the rotor is 0.1-0.2 millimeters. A unloading thrust bearing is attached to a rotor shaft positioned between an intake thrust bearing and the intake end of the rotor. A cavity in the unloading thrust bearing is configured to receive production fluid from the discharge end of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 11799347
Abstract: A heel assembly of a submersible oil-filled electric motor contains a thrust bearing and an annular heel having grooves, enabling pumping liquid into the grooves when the heel rotates. The heel assembly is made with a through channel for fluid flow. At least part of the surface of the channel is formed by the inner annular surfaces of the heel and thrust bearing, and the above grooves are arcuate and form at least the first and second group of grooves. In the first group of grooves, each groove is made with an end closed for the fluid flow and with an end open for the fluid flow, located on the outer boundary of the annular heel with an outer diameter D1. In the second group of grooves, each groove is made with an end closed for the fluid flow and with an end open for the fluid flow.

  • Publication number: 20230184070
Abstract: A drive of a submersible pump having a housing, an oil-filled electric motor, a heat exchanger and a compensator hydraulically connected by an oil channel to the oil-filled cavity of the electric motor. The drive has channels to circulate oil in the drive for heat exchange between the oil and the well fluid. Inside the heat exchanger, there is a through channel of the heat exchanger for the well fluid flow. The compensator has a diaphragm placed in a cylindrical casing adjoining an outer side surface of the diaphragm to an inner side surface of the cylindrical casing. The through channel of the heat exchanger for the well fluid flow has an annular cross-section with an inner wall formed by the outer side surface of the cylindrical casing and with an outer wall formed by an inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve of the heat exchanger.
