  • Publication number: 20220361225
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive one or more downlink grants while operating in accordance with a first receive state during a threshold number of transmission time intervals (TTIs). The UE may determine a weighting factor for each TTI within the threshold number of TTIs, where the determined weighting factors are based on a spectral efficiency (SPEF) of channel communications between the UE and a base station. The UE may sum a subset of the weighting factors to determine a transition determination value, and may transition from the first receive state to a second receive state based on evaluation of the transition determination value.

  • Publication number: 20220357973
Abstract: A communication system couples a plurality of processing cores together, each having an associated register storing a virtual machine ID, which is inserted into requests sent by the respective processing core. A master circuit has associated a master interface circuit, wherein the master interface circuit has associated register for storing a second virtual machine ID, which is inserted into requests sent by the master circuit. A slave circuit has associated a slave interface circuit configured to selectively forward read or write requests addressed to an address sub-range. The slave interface circuit has associated a third register storing a third virtual machine ID associated with the address sub-range and is configured to receive a request addressed to the address sub-range, extract from the request a virtual machine ID, determine whether the extracted virtual machine ID corresponds to the third virtual machine ID, and then either forwards or rejects the request.

  • Publication number: 20220351846
Abstract: A system and method to determine a retention prediction for a caregiver is disclosed. The system includes a database of caregiver data and patient data. The set of caregiver data and patient data are normalized to create a modified set of caregiver and patient data. The modified set of caregiver and patient data defines a set of parameters or inputs from the set of caregiver and patient data and a corresponding employment status. An analysis is performed of parameters correlated with an employment status for each of the caregivers. Based on the correlation and the modified set of caregiver and patient data, a training set of caregiver data is generated that includes at least one parameter that correlates with employment status. The machine learning model is trained using the training set. The training allows a prediction of an employment status associated with the parameter. The accuracy of the trained machine learning model is evaluated.

  • Publication number: 20220347193
Abstract: A composition, and method for a targeted drug delivery is disclosed in treating central nervous system injury, including blast hearing loss, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and the like, by administering a subject with nanoparticle-based minocycline formulations. The formulation contains nanoparticles encapsulating minocycline for neuroprotective effect in TBI. Albumin nanoparticle-based minocycline formulations provide enhanced delivery to brain, and reduced toxicity at minimal dosage for treating a subject suffering from central nervous system injury including blast induced traumatic brain injury (bTBI). Nanoparticle administered at minimal dose in rat blast TBI model crossed blood-brain barrier (BBB) and enhanced therapeutic concentration compared to free minocycline. Provided is an effective and safe minocycline delivery in TBI with minimal or no toxicity for neuroprotective therapy.

  • Publication number: 20220343255
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to identification and analysis of regime shift. The identification and analysis of the regime shift includes regime shift identification (RSI), root cause analysis of the identified regime shift and a recommendation unit to rectify the identified regime shift. The disclosure proposes to monitor a system continuously to identify a regime shift at real-time as presence of regime shifts in any system decreases quality of process and products and makes the system less efficient. The regime shift is identified at real-time based on key performance indicators (KPIs), a set of relevant features and real time input data using machine learning techniques. Further the disclosure also proposes techniques for detecting at least one root cause for the identified regime shift and also recommends a rectification action to rectify the identified regime shift based on optimization techniques.
