Abstract: The current invention relates to a novel water-soluble, biodegradable, non-toxic, composition, and methods thereof, for reducing indoor and outdoor pollution of ambient air that is in proximity to a surface coated with the disclosed composition. The disclosed particle-binding composition comprises di- and trivalent alcohols, at least one thickener, at least one short chain triglyceride, and optionally, at least one additive.

Abstract: The current document is directed to methods and systems that provide optimal or near-optimal resource-exchange operation through configuration and control of resource exchanges. These methods and systems employ a number of currently disclosed optimization tools, including dimensional reduction of attribute vectors corresponding to resource-exchange entities, scoring resources with respect to their ease or likelihood of matching to resource users, and providing optimal or near-optimal attribute values for attribute vectors corresponding to resource-exchange entities. These optimization tools facilitate development of a wide variety of different types of resource-exchange-operation-improvement and resource-exchange-optimization methods and systems, including methods and systems for configuring resource exchanges to improve and/or optimize their operational behaviors.

Abstract: An IVR session brokering service provides as one core mechanism, a pool of intelligent software agents residing on a cluster-able software services platform. These agents could be designed to act as stateful and customized interaction brokers for interacting automatically and semi-automatically with existing IVR systems. Customers and users would use this brokering service as an IVR normalization and aggregation mechanism for centralizing and personalizing their user experience with a full range of IVR systems that are of interest to them. The service could consume, operate on and transform voice and touchtone communication information that is transmitted between IVR systems and the end-user customers that are currently using those IVR systems.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to generate a software agent that is initiated to continue the business process flow during a conference. Upon initiating a teleconference in response to a selection associated with the business process or predefined rule associated with the business process that requires a conference, an instance of a software agent is instantiated and associated with the teleconference. The software agent may be a sub-process of the conference bridge that conducts the teleconference or a separate process that interacts with the conference bridge as another party to the teleconference. The software agent is initiated with information about the business process step that requires an action or a decision. During the teleconference, the software agent listens for a command from one of the parties and acts on any command given. The commands can send another event or action back to a business process application to continue or complete the business process.
