  • Patent number: 10795987
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a system that detects and controls operations performed by abusive accounts in a customer-relationship-management system. During operation, the system obtains account-related information for an account in the customer-relationship-management system. Next, the system determines a likelihood that the account is being used for abusive purposes based on the account-related information. Finally, the system limits a rate of processing for application-programming interface (API) calls made from the account to the customer-relationship-management system based on the determined likelihood that the account is being used for abusive purposes.

  • Patent number: 9964141
Abstract: A bearing assembly includes an outer race and an inner race. The outer race has a body extending between a pair of axial faces and defines a radially-inward facing bearing surface. The inner race is received in the outer race and has a radially-outward facing bearing surface that bears against the radially-inward facing bearing surface of the outer race. The radially-outward facing bearing surface has one or more flat surfaces removed from it. These flats on the inner race can reduce the dimensional entry requirements for insertion of the inner race into the outer race and either permits the receiving slots in the outer race to be reduced in dimension (thereby relatively thickening the wall of the outer race, which structurally strengthens the outer races) or permits the receiving slots to be eliminated altogether.

  • Patent number: 9863465
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a slotted entry bearing assembly includes inserting an inner race into a central space of an outer race. The outer race is configured to receive the inner race through at least one slot. Once the inner race is fully inserted into the outer race, it is rotated approximately ninety degrees within the center space, effectively locking the inner race within the outer race. After the inner race is rotated ninety degrees, a molded seal is molded between the inner race and the at least one slot. The molded seal adheres to the at least one slot and is made of a polymeric material. The molding process used to mold the molded seal may be compression molding.

  • Patent number: 9826110
Abstract: A networked printer system includes a first printer coupled to a network. The first printer includes a first printer address book having a plurality of address book contents that are located in a plurality of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Object Identifiers (OIDs). A second printer is coupled to the network. The second printer includes a processor, a communications device coupled to the processor, and a computer-readable medium coupled to the processor. An address book transferring engine is located on the computer-readable medium and includes computer-readable instruction that when executed connect to the first printer through the communications device over the network using SNMP, retrieve the plurality of address book contents from the plurality of SNMP OIDs, and transfer the plurality of address book contents to a second printer address book that is associated with the second printer.

  • Patent number: 9613147
Abstract: Provided are methods and systems for collecting telemetry data by a telemetry library within a client device. A system for the collection of telemetry data by a telemetry library within a client device may comprise a client device to initialize the telemetry library. The system may further comprise a processor to contact a configuration server with identifying information specific to the client device to retrieve configuration information. The system may then perform a search using the identifying information, return configuration regular expressions related to the identifying information to the telemetry library, and identify the telemetry data along with a namespace or a scope to which the telemetry data belongs, using a name generated by the telemetry library.
