In response to the second request, the platform (406) sends a stop trace command to the node (430). The node (430), upon receiving the stop trace command, sends the received measurement data obtained from each of the plurality of UEs (108) to store in a database (218) associated with the communication network (104). The platform (406) analyses the stored measurement data to generate a radio quality report.

The system identifies aggressor/source cells from base stations based on various parameters. The system groups the source cells into a high, a medium, and a low state, and applies a radio frequency (RF) tilt and associated power attenuation on the frequency division duplex (FDD) and the time division duplex (TDD) cells of multiple regions for a predetermined period. The system predicts interferences associated with the source cells based on the parameters. Further, the system dynamically updates the RF tilt and the associated power attenuation for the predetermined period. The system determines a decrease in the automatic topographic interference and reverts the RF tilt and the associated power attenuation for the source cells.

    Abstract: Devices, systems and methods are provided for achieving commissural alignment when a transcatheter heart valve (THV) is implanted during a transcatheter heart valve replacement (THVR) procedure. For instance, a method in accordance with one approach is for preparing a prosthetic heart valve for a transcatheter heart valve procedure. The method includes: determining a native heart valve commissural orientation according to one or more images acquired via a cardiac imaging modality. In response to the determination, the prosthetic heart valve is further crimped according to the native heart valve orientation. In one example, these devices, systems and methods may be used to diagnose and/or treat patients with a valvular heart disease, particularly those who have aortic stenosis or regurgitation. Further, in some examples, the devices, systems and methods described herein are implemented for achieving commissural alignment when a balloon expandable THV is used for TAVR.
