  • Patent number: 11819286
Abstract: An apparatus for visualizing a movable radiation source, the apparatus comprising: a radiation angular position sensor arranged for generating an angular position, with respect to a sensor axis, of a radiation source emitting radiations in front of said radiation angular position sensor; a camera having a camera axis distinct from the sensor axis; a light diverter arranged in front of said radiation angular position sensor for diverting toward the camera, light originally emitted in front of said radiation angular position sensor toward the radiation angular position sensor, the light diverter being arranged to not change the direction of radiations emitted in front of said radiation angular position sensor; and a composite image generator arranged for adding to a camera image captured by the camera a radiation source marker at a position derived from said angular position and automatically scaled to the camera image size and resolution.

  • Patent number: 11652715
Abstract: A method for detecting network mis-cabling includes receiving, from a discovery process, an original remote device identifier (“ID”) and remote port ID of a port of a remote device connected to a port of a local device and storing the original remote device ID and remote port ID together with a local device ID and a local port ID of the port of the local device. The method includes receiving, from the discovery process, a new remote device ID and remote port ID for a remote device connected to the port of the local device, and comparing the original remote device ID and port ID with the new remote device ID and remote port ID. The method includes, in response to the original remote device ID and the original remote port ID not matching the new remote device ID and the new remote port ID, sending a mismatch alarm.

  • Patent number: 9819198
Abstract: This invention relates to an electronic system including a radiative electromagnetic emitter for emitting an activation signal including sequentially an energy supply signal followed by an identification signal, the power of the energy supply signal being at least ten times greater than the power of the identification signal, further including an interface connected to an energy supply source; an electric load; a circuit for deactivating a placing of electric load on standby, including: a receiver including a reception interface, a rectifier configured to generate a DC activation voltage on the basis of an activation signal, a switch configured to selectively connect/disconnect to the load from the energy supply, an identification circuit configured to extract an identifier of the activation signal and configured to apply the activation voltage as closure control signal for turning off the switch if a match of the identifier is determined.
