  • Publication number: 20230376307
Abstract: In general, techniques are described by which to provide streaming via a hardware abstraction layer. A cartridge comprising a memory, and a processor may be configured to perform the techniques. The processor may execute a second version of an operating system, and receive a stream, via an interface and to a first version of the operating system executing on a processor of a head unit of a vehicle, information relating to an application executing in the application layer exposed by the first version of the operating system. The information relating to the application may include a first function call that conforms with the first version of the operating system, where the cartridge is communicatively coupled to the head unit. The interface may transform the first function call to a second function call that conforms with the second version of the operating system.

  • Publication number: 20230120868
Abstract: A yoke installation and removal assisting device includes a structural body, a pair of yoke-receiving channels, a tool-receiving recess, and a pin-receiving channel. The pair of yoke-receiving channels terminally traverses into the structural body at a first end and is used to position a yoke. To prevent slipping during operation, a safety pin is preferably inserted through the pin-receiving channel and a pair of pin holes of the yoke. The pin-receiving channel laterally traverses into the structural body perpendicular to the pair of yoke-receiving channels and is used to hold the yoke against the structural body. The tool-receiving recess traverses into the structural body at a second end and is used to connect to an air tool or a manual ratchet. By operating the air tool/manual ratchet the yoke positioned within the structural body can be installed/removed.

  • Patent number: 10293715
Abstract: ISOFIX systems are used for fastening child seats in a motor vehicle. A motor vehicle is provided in which the ISOFIX restraint systems have adequate crash safety despite being longer than customary ISOFIX securing clamps. This is achieved in that at least individual ISOFIX securing clamps have an overall length lying within a range of 50 mm to 120 mm, and a reinforcing component is mounted on each ISOFIX securing clamp at a body-side end of each ISOFIX securing clamp. Each reinforcing component has a height which corresponds to a length of longitudinal portions of each ISOFIX securing clamp, and a body-side portion of the longitudinal portions of each ISOFIX securing clamp is supported by each reinforcing component.
