    Abstract: The device has a casing with an inlet chamber and outlet chambers communicating with one another through a passage in which is loosely mounted a pilot valve having a piston rod with pistons secured at the ends thereof and defining with the casing shut-off valves of the outlet chambers. According to the invention, the pilot valve has at least one additional piston with a cross-sectional area which is smaller than the cross-sectional area of each of said pistons, the additional piston defining a throttle between the inlet chamber and an outlet chamber in the direction of displacement of the pilot valve, one of said pistons defining a throttle between the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber opposite to the displacement of the pilot valve.
