  • Publication number: 20120207934
Abstract: The invention discloses a spray coating device for coating substrates, which includes a nozzle arrangement with at least two nozzles. The nozzle arrangement includes at least one primary nozzle adapted to spray a suspension onto at least one substrate; and at least one secondary nozzle adapted to blow a gas onto the substrate. The secondary nozzle is equipped with a heating device adapted to heat the gas to a desired temperature. The invention also extends to a method of coating a suspension onto a substrate, which includes the steps of spraying a suspension onto at least one substrate by means of at least one primary nozzle; and of blowing a gas onto the substrate(s) with at least one secondary nozzle.

  • Publication number: 20120021291
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for producing a carbon composite material, which includes the step of providing at least one carbon nanostructured composite material onto the surface of LiFePO4 particles to produce a LiFePO4/carbon nanostructured composite material. The carbon nanostructured composite material is obtained by synthesizing at least one nanostructured composite material to form the carbon nanostructured composite material.

  • Patent number: 5932361
Abstract: A method of preparing a membrane is disclosed, which includes the step of impregnating an inorganic proton-conductive material into matrices of porous ceramic membranes. The inorganic proton-conductive material may include an inorganic poly-acid, such as polyphosphates or poly-antimonic acids. The inorganic proton conducting material may include Zr (zirconium). The invention further provides a porous ceramic membrane, which includes an inorganic proton-conductive material impregnated into a porous ceramic membrane matrix. The ceramic membrane may be a tubular ceramic membrane, which includes pores with a diameter of at least 0.3 .mu.m, and depositions of electroconductive coatings onto its surface on which externally applied potential can be applied as a driving force for hydrogen separation.
