  • Patent number: 8655485
Abstract: A vending machine and associated control system in support of vending one or more items to a passenger in a rear passenger salon of a taxicab includes a computer having a processor and memory and a display arranged for viewing by the passenger. Code modules execute in the processor and provide interactive selection controls on at least a portion of the display. The passenger can cause an item to be vended from a remotely-located machine by interacting with the selection controls. One code module communicates vended item cost information to another module for inclusion in a calculation of a total fare for the taxicab ride and any vended items. The vending machine is preferably located in the taxicab trunk and is arranged to deliver items into the passenger salon through a rear deck of the taxicab. The vending machine can be refrigerated using, in part, the taxicab's air-conditioning system.

  • Patent number: 8550158
Abstract: The method for oil well rehabilitation by which the gaps inside the microfracture systems are widened by the influence of strong physics fields and the micro-breccia present in the microfractures are loosened or further broken up. The process allows the oil to flow freely towards the trunk of the oil well from the rehabilitated oil producing layers, where the oil was previously trapped in the microfracture systems.

  • Publication number: 20120043345
Abstract: A refrigerated vending system for installation in a taxi cab is provided. The taxi cab has a driver area, a front passenger chair, a divider, and a rear passenger salon. The front passenger chair has a surface facing the rear passenger salon. The system of the invention adds a housing having an interior compartment configured to include at least a plurality of items therein and an exterior structurally adapted to seat against the surface of the front passenger chair that faces the rear passenger salon and proximal to the divider. A refrigerator is operative to cool the interior compartment of the housing. A vending control system is operative to respond to an actuation by dispensing one of the plurality of items from the interior compartment for access within the rear passenger salon. The housing so provided can be accommodated while optimally preserving the driver area and the rear passenger salon.

  • Patent number: 7147058
Abstract: For production of hydrocarbons with high and medium gas-oil ratio from a well with a wellhead and a bottomhole communicating with a formation, and with a casing and a tubing located inside the casing and forming a space therebetween, steps are performed and means are provided for establishing a flow of hydrocarbon-containing fluid inside the tubing from the bottomhole to the wellhead, introducing gas into the space between the casing and the tubing so that the gas passes into the tubing and enhances the flow of the hydrocarbon-containing fluid from the bottomhole to the wellhead with simultaneous reduction of pressure in the bottomhole resulting in an increase of a pressure differential between the formation and the bottomhole; and introducing in the bottomhole a device which increases the pressure in the bottomhole so that the pressure differential between the formation and the bottomhole decreases and therefore a gas blockage in a near bottomhole zone of the formation is reduced to maintain an oil flow from

  • Publication number: 20060213652
Abstract: A device for improving recovery of hydrocarbons through a well by creating, regulating and maintaining under the device a calculated bottomhole pressure at a desired level and creating above the device a two-phase gas-liquid homogenous flow for efficient lifting of hydrocarbons to a surface, the device has a body having a central through-going opening with a shape corresponding a shape of a laval nozzle and with a cross section which changes steplessly and gradually, and a mandrel attachable to a tubing and associated with the body without interfering with a flow of fluids.

  • Patent number: 5752570
Abstract: For production of hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon formation through a well in a condition of fluctuations in the formation pressure, in addition to transformation of a formation fluid into a gas-liquid flow, the bottomhole pressure is automatically regulated at a level higher than saturation pressure of the formation fluid, regardless of any changes in properties of the formation and the formation fluid. At the same time, the speed of the flow of the formation fluid from the bottomhole to a location of transformation is maintained automatically at a level to be sufficient for the transformation of the formation fluid into the gas-liquid flow.
