Abstract: An apparatus for producing electrical wiring constituted by at least one wire inserted in a corresponding receptacle of a connector provided with at least one corresponding electrical terminal, that comprises: a region for loading wires in corresponding preset seats, selected among a plurality of seats formed on a holder comb; a device for moving the holder comb from the loading region to a region for the insertion of the wires in preset receptacles of one or more preset connectors; a device for the guided translational motion of the ends of the wires within the preset receptacles of the preset connectors; and a programmable electronic device adapted to match, in the insertion region, a preset seat of the holder comb with a preset receptacle of a preset connector.

Abstract: A wire comb holder, particularly for electrical wiring apparatuses, which allows to process wires of different cross-section or diameter, comprising two series of forks which are arranged side by side and can be divaricated elastically, the series of forks facing each other in a parallel arrangement and being spaced so that each fork of a first series is matched symmetrically by a fork of the second facing series; each of the forks protrudes, substantially at right angles, from a common base and has its ends arranged closer and contoured so as to form a recess which is open at the opposite end with respect to the base, for a wire to be handled.

Abstract: A device for adjusting the clamping pressure in applicators for clamping terminals onto electrical cables comprising a composite pivot interposed between an actuation hammer and a supporting element to which the tools for clamping the terminal respectively onto the insulation and onto the core of the conductor are slidingly coupled in a mutually parallel arrangement; the thrust of the hammer acts on the heads of the tools, and the pivot is rigidly coupled to the hammer or to the supporting element. The pivot has coaxial threaded regions on which respective wheels are engaged. Screwing/unscrewing of the wheels varies axial distance, with respect to the hammer, of either the tools or only of the insulation clamping tool.
