  • Publication number: 20160319059
Abstract: A material for medical purposes based on polyacrylamide hydrogel contains in mass %: acrylamide 0.9-8.2%, N,N? methylene-bis-acrylamide —0.1-1.8%, hyaluronic acid ?0.1-2.0%, and water-up to 100.0%. In one of the embodiments of the method, the novel material is produced by copolymerization of the components in an inert gas medium in the presence of a peroxide polymerization activator at 69-74° C. for 16-19 hours. In another embodiment, hyaluronic acid hydrogel is mixed in the inert gas medium to a homogenous substance with a polyacrylamide suitable for medicine, which is produced from relevant amounts of acrylamide and N,N?-methylen-bis-acrylamide and water in the presence of a peroxide polymerization activator.

  • Patent number: 7294348
Abstract: The inventive polyfunctional biocompatible hydrogel comprises 1.3–15 mass % of acrylamide, 0.004–0.975 mass % of cross-linking agents—N,N?-methylen-bis-acrylamide, 0.004–5.1 mass % of N,N?-ethylen-bis-acrylamide, 0.002–0.45 mass % of poviargol and water up to 100 mass %. Said hydrogel is produced by sopolymerising acrylamide with the cross-linking agents in an aqueous medium in the presence of peroxide polymerisation initiator, the incubation of reaction mixture being carried out in two stages. The first stage is carried out at a temperature ranging from 20 to 90° C. during a time of 2 to 24 hours, the second stage being carried out at a temperature ranging from 107 to 130° C. during a time equal to or less than 2 hours.

  • Patent number: 7238761
Abstract: Multifunctional biocompatible hydrophilic gel contains, in % (w/w), acrylamide—1.95-8.0, methacrylamide—0.54-3.0, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate—0.003-0.4, N,N?-methylene-bis-acrylamide—0.006-0.6 and water—q.s. to 100. The hydrophilic gel is produced by co-polymerization of the above mentioned monomers in water medium in the presence of a peroxide initiator of polymerization in three stages which include (1) incubation of the reaction mixture at 20-30° C. for 12-24 hours, (2) exposure to ?-radiation at a dose of 0.4-1.0×106 rads, and (3) incubation at a temperature of 100-130° C. and pressure of 0-1.2 atm. for 20-40 minutes.

  • Publication number: 20040241241
Abstract: The inventive polyfunctional biocompatible hydrogel comprises 1.3-15 mass % of acrylamide, 0-004-0.975 mass % of cross-linking agents—N,N′-methylen-bis-acrylamide, 0.004-5.1 mass % of N,N′-ethylen-bis-acrylanmide, 0.002-0.45 mass % of poviargol and water up to 100 mass %. Said hydrogel is produced by sopolynirising acrylanmide with the cross-linking agents in an aqueous medium in the presenee or peroxide polynierisation initiator, the incubation of reaction mixture being carried out in two stages. The first stage is carried out at a temperature ranging front 20 to 90° C. during a time of 2 to 24 hours the second stage being carried out at a temperature ranging from 107 to 130° C. during a time equal to or less than 2 hours.
